Our journey began in 2020 with a vision to empower businesses digitally when we launched LMSBaba.com as a brand under Srishti Ventures Inc., primarily focused on lead management solutions. However, as we delved deeper into the digital landscape and our commitment to client success grew stronger, our vision crystallized. This transformation led us to become Groweon.com, where we now provide comprehensive CRM solutions for businesses, enabling 360-degree digitization and fostering growth in the digital era.

His roots in a family business focused on manufacturing and export have instilled in him a deep understanding of commerce.

Shashi is a multi-media expert, combining his practical experience with a solid educational foundation, including an MBA in Business Operations & Marketing from MIT, Ghaziabad. His innovative approach and strategic vision have been pivotal in the success of Groweon Digital Pvt. Ltd.

Prior to this, Vijay held key positions including Associate Vice President at Indiamart.com, Director at Sulekha.com, and Assistant General Manager at ASKME.com. His diverse experience also includes directorial roles at Asklaila.com.

Vijay holds an MBA in IT Management from Symbiosis, Pune, showcasing his strong educational background. With his extensive industry knowledge and leadership skills, he continues to drive success and innovation in the ever-evolving landscape of digital technology.
